Bay Area HQ caught up with San Francisco Giants Catcher Buster Posey today as he surprised high school students at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco. As part of Buster Posey and BODYARMOR Sports Drink’s surprise visit to Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory High School (SHC) in San Francisco, Buster and the SHC baseball coach hosted a small personal clinic for 25 varsity baseball and softball athletes. Immediately following the clinic, Buster hosted a health and wellness schoolwide rally where all 1,300 students were educated about the importance of proper nutrition, hydration and training. Buster was joined by the school’s strength coach, and health and wellness director, along with SF in-game reporter, Amy G and he took questions from the students about his own personal fitness and nutrition regimen.
