Campbell reprises his role as Ash who has been living without the responsibility of luring the Deadites into our world and is finally forced to face his demons. Lucy Lawless co-stars as Ruby, the mysterious woman who suspects that Ash is responsible for all of this chaos.
The “Evil Dead” series started back in 1981 when the creators of the show were able to raise some money for a low-budget film. The movie instantly became a cult favorite and the creators were able to make two subsequent movies after. Campbell has done numerous things in the multi-media industry: movie and TV acting, voice acting, director, producer and finally author of the New York Times bestseller “If Chins could kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor”.
Lucy Lawless is a never-ending inspiration to all actors. She recently appeared on season 2 of WGN’s “Salem”, playing the role of Countess Marburg, one of the last members of the German witch coven. She has acted in numerous TV shows such as “Parks and Recreation” on NBC, “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” on Starz and “No Ordinary Family” on ABC. Lawless first came to fame from her groundbreaking performance on “Xena: Warrior Princess”.
