Wizard World Brings Hollywood to San Jose, including Walking Dead, Lord of The Rings & WWE Stars  –  Q&A sessions with Billy Boyd (The Lord of the Rings Trilogy), Brett Dalton (“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D”), Dean Cain (“Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman,” Vendetta), Michael Rooker (Guardians of the Galaxy, “The Walking Dead”), Scott Wolf (“Party of Five,” “The Night Shift”), Adrienne Barbeau (Creepshow ), Superstar Roman Reigns® and WWE® Diva Paige, costume contests, comics-themed sessions and more are among the programming panels scheduled at Wizard World Comic Con San Jose, September 4-6 at San Jose Convention Center. Most programming is included as part of the standard event admission.

Some highlights of the more than 50 panels scheduled include:

  • Interactive Q&As with Boyd (Saturday, 12:30 p.m.), Dalton (Saturday, 1:30 p.m.), Wolf (Sunday, 1:30 p.m.), Barbeau (Saturday, 2 p.m.), Cain (Sunday, 12:30 p.m.), Rooker (Saturday, 3:30 p.m.), Marsters (Saturday, 2:30 p.m.), Jason Mewes (Sunday, 2:30 p.m.) and others

  • Industry-themed sessions with cartoon animator/director Tom Cook (Saturday, 2:30 p.m.), author/creator James O’Barr (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.), storytelling with Michael Golden (Saturday, noon), and more

  • Learn “Writing 101” with Eisner Award Hall of Famer, Marv Wolfman (Saturday, 1:30 p.m.)

  • Look “Inside Animation” with award winning artist Konstantin Komardin (Saturday, 12:30 p.m.)

  • Step into the ring with WWE® Superstar Roman Reigns™ (Friday, 8 p.m.), WWE® Diva Paige™ (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.)

  • Meet the stars of A&E’s “Epic Ink” (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.)

  • CONtv Presents a Q&A session with Green Power Ranger Jason David Frank (“Mighty Morphin Power Rangers”) (Saturday, 3 p.m.). Then join him for the ‘Green Power Ranger Half-Hour of Power’ karate class for all ages (Sunday, 1:30 p.m.)

  • Wizard World Gaming Pavilion, with free gaming all weekend

  • Costume contests for adults (Saturday, 7 p.m.) and kids (Sunday, 3:30 p.m.), plus cosplay-themed sessions

  • Meet-and-greet with Jason David Frank (Saturday, 5:30 p.m.) (Paid event)

Unless noted, programming events take place in the designated General Programming Rooms at the San Jose Convention Center. VIP tickets or additional costs may apply to ensure access to select activities, as noted.
