EDSF’s TACO KNOCKDOWN presented by Milagro Tequila @ The Pearl (601 19th St. San Francisco 94107)
Thursday, August 24, 2017, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Now in its third year, this launch party is an Eat Drink SF tradition. More than a dozen restaurant chefs compete with their fun and irreverent take on a taco (or in some cases a “taco”, as these chefs are known to really flex that creative muscle). Guests get to judge and vote (your ballot really counts here) on their People’s Choice Winner. A panel of experts decides a Best Overall Winner. Tickets include all tacos as well as beer, wine, and cocktails. Look out for the return of the Milagro Maragarita Mix-Off competition. Last year’s reigning taco champs (Trick Dog and Palm House) will return to defend their titles against a spicy batch of new competition. It’s a whimsical battle of foldable food honoring the legacy of The Taco. Tickets on sale now.
